Mooncake Sonata is a book celebrating mooncakes in all their gorgeous varieties. Written by Chef Alan Ooi, the book provides ideas, tips and inspiration for creating all sorts of mooncakes with various types of filling.
This book has been quite helpful to us when we began learning to make mooncakes. If ever you decide to make your own rather then rely on store-bought mooncakes, I would recommend checking out this book.
